One With Nature Water Group Workout Class
Blend mind and body in a total body workout and discover the magic of exercising to the rhythm of the sea in either shallow or deep water.
The OWN water program incorporates dynamic stretching and strengthening movements similar to pilates. You’ll learn over 30 exercises that will help you burn calories as you increase your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

• Twenty-minute video introducing you to the One With Nature Water Exercise Program
• Eight one-hour classes
• Use of pool, lockers, showers and steam room

Demonstration on the use of OWN aqua belt (single session)
Learn how to use the OWN aqua belt to exercise independently in the pool. Experience the wonderful benefits of the aqua belt and learn how to exercise vertically and horizontally in water to burn calories and increase your strength and flexibility.

One With Nature Water Jogging Class
Jogging in the deep water is an effective form of cardiovascular conditioning for both rehabilitation and training. Pushing and pulling limbs against the resistance of the water can assist in building strength without stress on the joints. Participants wear the OWN Aqua Belt that will keep you afloat as you build muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
